Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled with more than 24 hrs notice can be used as a credit (subject to availability). To cancel/ change a session and receive a credit, please email us at info@tooncreations.net minimum 24 hours prior. Workshops Cancelled by Toon Creations. Toon Creations reserves the right to amend or cancel any workshop if there are insufficient students enrolled (minimum 6 students). In this event, you will have the option to chose an alternate date, receive a credit, or a full refund. If numbers are low, notice will be given 10 days prior to the workshop, and in the case of cancellation, 7 days notice will be provided.
